Opt Back Into Receiving ParentLink Messages

How Parents Can Opt Back Into Receiving ParentLink Messages

Sometimes parents and guardians might accidentally unsubscribe from automated calls and texts. If a parent’s contact information is correct in SIS/ParentLink but they still don't receive these messages, ask them to follow these steps to resubscribe.

  • Phone calls: Call the hotline at "(855-502-7867)" from the line that has been opted out. Then, press 2 to opt back in.

  • Text (SMS) messages: Send a text with the word “START” to "60680" from the phone that has been opted out, and also send a text with the word “START” to "54968" for emergency messages. These must be separate messages (not group messages).
